Now is the time to get the deals. Low rates, tax credits from the state and federal governments, low prices. Opportunity time!

Inventories are shrinking in some locations of some types of homes in price ranges below $400,000 (MOST) in Solano county.

Your home is out there, waiting. Low monthly payments, 30 year loans, 3 years of tax credits await you if you haven't owned a home in the past 3 years.

FHA requires only a 620 middle FICO score. VA still has 100% loans. If the house is in bad shape, 203k FHA loans can help you rehab it into shape!

CAL PERS state employees, teachers, SMUD employees, you can borrow against your 401k NOW and take advantage of today's market with a Cal Pers Home Loan.

In Dixon you can get a USDA loan, in some cases you can qualify for less than 3.5% down payment with these rural residential single famly loans.

Parlay your investment money, buy a rental.

Buy land, they're not making it anymore AND it's a real BARGAIN right now.

Need to rent a commercial space? WOW lease rates are at a 10 year low right now, lock in your lease, get a deal now.

Yountville has never been more affordable, St Helena at your fingertips these days, and there are actually HOMES for sale in Calistoga right now! In the past, you'd have to wait to even find ONE on the market in Calistoga!

Horse properties, bank owned have come up and been sold to the winner who trumps the bid on bank owned property, just this week an 18 acre parcel with a "make-do" house was listed for ONLY $350,000 it's G-O-N-E but there can be more coming soon! Call me to get into position for the next DEAL to come along!

Stand in line at some houses just to see them this weekend.
Newly listed homes on the market that are priced right and in tip-top condition very typically receive multiple offers recently.

I am trained and experienced in working in these fast-paced situations.  When you see a home you are seriously considering, contact me immediately so we can be prepared to make a solid offer quickly.

As they say, the early bird gets the worm.
